As a Sales Producer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and benefits administration services while providing exceptional customer service. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Promote insurance products and benefits administration services to prospective clients. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on available options. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Provide bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing accessibility and understanding.
