If you like things organized, don't miss details, and can juggle calls, quotes, and orders -- this could be a great fit. What You 'll Do * Taking inbound calls, emails, and online requests for parts and supplies * Identifying the right hoses, fittings, and components for each customer's need * Entering orders accurately and following up on quotes and shipments * Assisting walk-in customers (at certain locations) with professionalism and a smile * Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and back-order updates * Supporting sales and service teams with product availability and pricing What We 're Looking For * Are highly detail-oriented and catch mistakes before they happen * Have experience with parts, hoses, equipment, or mechanical systems(preferred but not required) * Communicate clearly and follow through on every order * Are comfortable learning systems like Acumatica or HubSpot (we'll train you!) * Enjoy helping people and solving small daily challenges We're a small, growing company where everyone counts.
