Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring an engaging shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Full-Time commitment, any day of the week including weekends. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. * Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. * Foster a positive shopping environment through effective communication and outstanding customer service. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic cashiering skills is essential. * Experience in merchandising and stocking products is a plus. * Strong communication skills are necessary for effective engagement with customers and team members alike.
