We are seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer who is passionate about relationship-building, education, and community engagement. The Hospice Marketer is responsible for fostering strong relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community partners to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate hospice referral. The role focuses on education, trust-building, and rapport with the ultimate goal of increasing hospice census while maintaining the higher ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources * Provide ongoing education to healthcare providers, community organizations, patients, and families about hospice service and eligibility * Represent Forest Park Hospice at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings * Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate admissions * Track referral activity, marketing efforts, and outcomes; provide regular reports to leadership * Uphold hospice regulations, compliance standards, and ethical marketing practices at all times. * Qualifications and Skills: * Determined, collaborative, dedicated personality a must! * Two years experience in hospice HIGHLY preferred * Experience in marketing/sales in pharmaceutical, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, or other healthcare sales experience considered * Familiarity with referral sources in the area * Great communication skills and ability to work independently * Relatable with great interpersonal skills * Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance * Bilingual skills (preferred but not required) * Preferred Qualifications: * Existing relationships within the local healthcare community * Experience working with diverse populations What We Offer: * Competitive compensation plus commission * Supportive, mission-driven team environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community
