We're hiring a Parts Sales Representative - Aftermarket to grow parts and service business across the Barrington market. This is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on building relationships, expanding share of wallet, and driving profitable growth through parts, service, and maintenance solutions. What You 'll Do Sales & Account Growth * Sell aftermarket solutions including parts, service, and contract maintenance * Promote All Makes parts and service offerings * Develop and execute account-specific growth plans for assigned customers * Prospect new business consistently (target 10 -15 new prospects per week) * Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Customer Engagement * Conduct regular in-person customer visits (target ~12 customer visits per day) * Actively listen to understand customer needs and recommend solutions * Serve as a trusted advisor to fleet, maintenance, and operations leaders * Handle objections professionally and follow through to close opportunities Sales Execution & Reporting * Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, opportunities, and activity * Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer potential * Share customer and market insights to support growth and strategy * Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer challenges Collaboration & Development * Partner with internal teams to support customer needs and promotions * Participate in training to continuously build product and sales expertise * Represent the company professionally in all customer and vendor interactions What You 'll Bring Skills & Traits for Success * Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills * Proven ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule * High level of organization, discipline, and follow-through * Resilience and persistence in a sales-driven environment * Comfort adapting to schedule changes and daily disruptions * Professional presence with customers, vendors, and internal teams Experience & Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred) * 2+ years of experience in outside sales within a dealership, aftermarket, or related industry * 2+ years of experience selling to local or branch-level decision makers * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to maintain a professional appearance (polo or button-down, khakis, safety-appropriate footwear) Why This Role * Established customer base with room for growth * Competitive compensation tied to performance * Autonomy in the field with strong internal support * Opportunity to grow within a stable, expanding organization * Make a direct impact on customer success and market share As a proud Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), we do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, religion, sex, sexual stereotyping, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, pregnancy (which includes pregnancy, childbirth, and medical conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding), or any other protected characteristic.
