Be prepared to interface with CHROs, Talent/Recruiting department executives, Chief D&I Officers, CTOs, and VP Product/Engineering to help them attract the transformational, emerging talent that will be the leaders of the future. You are: * A great salesperson with a proven track record. Average doesn't cut it. We have a high-achieving culture, and you'll need to be at the top of your game. B2B HRtech SaaS sales experience to employer HR/Talent/recruiting is a huge plus. * Both a self-starter and a team collaborator. We care about and help our teammates, and also make decisions and get things done ourselves with a bias for action. Sometimes you'll collaborate with marketing on leadgen, and sometimes you'll work your own network and contacts to prosect on your own, balancing the needs of the business and customers.
