AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Forrester Lincoln - Chambersburg, PA Forrester Lincoln, a family-owned and operated dealership serving Chambersburg for over 60 years, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will help customers find the perfect vehicle, deliver an exceptional purchase experience, and contribute to our long-standing reputation for excellence. Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Become an expert on Lincoln vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features
• Present pricing, lease, and financing options clearly and confidently
• Communicate with prospective customers through email, phone, text, and online chat
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future business
• Maintain professionalism and deliver a first-class experience consistent with the Lincoln brand

Requirements

We welcome candidates from various industries. Automotive experience is helpful but not required--success here comes from dedication, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people.

• Strong desire to succeed in a customer-focused sales environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Prior customer service experience required; previous sales experience a plus
• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to build relationships
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Steady, reliable work history
• Basic MS Office and general computer proficiency
• Ability to confidently ask for the sale and follow through
• Valid U.S. driver's license
