Position Summary

As a Business Development Specialist, you will leverage your background in SHM, Aerospace, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Development to drive growth opportunities. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, crafting compelling technical proposals, and exploring innovative solutions to expand our business. This position requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SHM and related industries.
• Write and deliver detailed technical proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Present products and services to prospective clients effectively and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Represent Acellent at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build the company's profile.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background

• Master's degree (MS/MBA) in Structural Health Monitoring, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Skills and Attributes
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in writing technical proposals and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work independently. Travel
• Willingness to travel as required (domestic and international). Work Authorization
