Duties

• Support the sales team by managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with leads.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance online visibility and attract new customers. Skills
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Familiarity with retail math principles to analyze sales performance effectively.
• Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking leads.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
