Duties * Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to generate leads and drive sales. * Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to prospective clients and introduce our products/services. * Support the sales team by managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with leads. * Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance online visibility and attract new customers. Skills * Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within a dealership environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Familiarity with retail math principles to analyze sales performance effectively. * Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking leads. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving sales strategies.
