Job Overview We are a Car Audio Shop Selling all car accessories and installation services. Part time position 25-hours+ Will Consider Full time for the right candidate. 40+ hours Position will be to manage store duties and possible growth into installation, commissions and more . Background in automotive, sales ,installations preferred. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service across various industries. Your enthusiasm for business development, combined with your expertise in B2B sales and territory management, will fuel our growth and help us reach new heights. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual eager to make a tangible impact through direct sales, account management, and strategic outreach. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories * Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and close deals * Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction * Lead territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and expanding our reach through targeted marketing initiatives * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast future sales opportunities * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining strong relationships * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness in target markets Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation efforts effectively * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and other CRM tools for account management and analysis skills * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships * Ability to perform product demos and technical sales presentations confidently * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required * Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute successful sales campaigns Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth through innovative strategies and exceptional client engagement.
