Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers. * Conduct test drives with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with payment plans and financing options. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients via phone or email.
