Sales Director - Senior Living An established and reputable senior living community is looking for a Sales Director to lead local outreach, guide families through the move-in process, and maintain strong occupancy levels. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. We're looking for someone who is warm, organized, and driven, a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a people-centered environment. What You 'll Do: * Support prospective residents and families through the full sales journey -- from initial inquiry to move-in * Build strong relationships with referral sources and community partners * Maintain accurate records and track sales metrics * Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience * Plan tours, events, and marketing initiatives that highlight the community * Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust outreach strategies as needed What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Confidence working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems * A team-first mindset with the ability to lead initiatives independently * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and additional employee perks. Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.
