Area Sales Manager - Non-Prime Auto Finance Remote | Field-Based | Assigned Territory Strike Acceptance is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to build and lead a strong dealer network in an assigned market. If you're a proven non-prime auto finance sales professional with established dealer relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Do * Build and grow a dealer network from the ground up in your assigned territory * Sign new dealers and manage ongoing dealer relationships * Act as the local ambassador for Strike Acceptance in the market * Support dealers with deal structure and program guidance (no credit authority) * Meet or exceed monthly goals related to funding, look-to-book, and dealer sign-ups * Monitor dealer performance and ensure strong, long-term partnerships * Work independently in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment What We're Looking For * 3+ years of experience in Non-Prime Auto Finance (DRM, Field Credit Analyst, or Branch Manager) * Existing dealer relationships in your market preferred * Ability to ramp quickly with minimal training * Strong credit knowledge and sales fundamentals * Highly self-motivated with excellent organization and time management * Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation * Comfortable working remotely with ~80% local travel What We Offer * Competitive compensation * Company-issued Amex card for dealer incentives and business expenses * Benefits, paid time off, and direct deposit * High autonomy -- no micromanagement * Opportunities for growth and advancement * A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values results and work-life balance About Strike Acceptance Strike Acceptance is a non-prime auto lender headquartered in Southern California.
