About the Role

: We're looking for a Bakery Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is critical to ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is not a baking position. You'll handle everything from processing customer transactions and managing large order volumes to organizing pickups and deliveries - all while staying sharp, organized, and focused. If you have experience in point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer service, and order management, and you excel under pressure, this role could be perfect for you. What You 'll Do:

• Customer Interactions: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing clear, concise information about our breads and processes while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment.
• Process Transactions Quickly and Accurately: Use the POS system to handle sales efficiently, manage high customer volume, and ensure every transaction is smooth and accurate.
• Coordinate Orders: Organize and prepare orders for pickups, local deliveries, and shipping, making sure every item is correct, well-packaged, and ready on time.
• Handle High Volume: Stay alert and focused while managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain Order & Efficiency: Keep the workspace clean and organized, track inventory, and prioritize tasks to ensure the team stays on top of daily demands.
• Team Collaboration: Support teammates in meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional service, even during busy periods. What We 're Looking For:
• POS Experience: Previous experience using a point-of-sale system in a high-volume environment is required.
• Customer Service Skills: You're confident and professional, able to answer questions and manage customer interactions efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Efficiency & Organization: You excel at multitasking, staying organized, and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
• Adaptability Under Pressure: You can maintain focus and composure during busy periods, managing high order volumes with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
