The Midway Ford Experience Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles at gross profit, customer satisfaction and volume standards. Interact with hundreds of customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions and listening carefully. Describe all optional equipment and accessories available for customer purchase, explain in detail product features and benefits. Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers ' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal. * Deliver a minimum number of vehicles each month. *Provide an exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Why make Midway your home: * One weekend off per month!! * Unit Commissions Retroactive: 0-10 units pays 25% of Front-End Commissionable Gross 11-14 units pays 30% of Front-End Commissionable Gross 15-35 units pays 35% of Front-End Commissionable Gross Retroactive to first * Unit Bonus: 10 Units= $1000.0 12 Units= $1200.00 15 Units =$1500.00 20 Units= $2000 25 Units = $2500.00 30 Units= $3000.00 * Finance Product Bonus: 1-12 units pays 3% of the gross profit generated from reserve and product sales. 13 units and above pays 5% of the gross profit generated from reserve and product sales. * Longevity Contest: Midway Ford will retain $10.00 on every sold unit for each salesperson. Sales associates who deliver 120 units in 2019 will receive $5.00 per unit from Midway Ford retroactive to the first unit. Sales associate must be employed through the November of each year to qualify. Sales associates who resign or are terminated prior to November 30th will not qualify and forfeit contest matching funds. * Minimum 1 year automotive selling experience required. * Apply in person.
