Sales Counter Associate - LES Lighting Electrical Supply (Bilingual) Locations: Miami - Doral & Cutler Bay (Counter Locations) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time About LES: LES Lighting Electrical Supply is a wholesale distributor serving electrical contractors and professionals across South Florida. With branches in Miami, Doral, and Cutler Bay , we specialize in commercial, residential, and industrial-grade lighting and electrical materials. Our counter locations in Doral and Cutler Bay provide fast, reliable support to walk-in trade customers. Position

Overview

: We are seeking Sales Counter Associates to support daily operations at our Doral and Cutler Bay counters. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for candidates with experience in wholesale distribution , strong knowledge of electrical products , and a passion for customer service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Availability every other Saturday is required. We welcome experienced professionals and those looking to bring strong customer service and product knowledge to a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist electrical contractors and trade professionals at the counter with product selection and purchases.
• Enter and process sales orders, returns, and exchanges in our POS/ERP system.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on electrical supplies and lighting fixtures.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the team to receive incoming merchandise and allocate products to proper storage or display areas.
• Help maintain warehouse organization through restocking, labeling, and inventory support.
• Keep the counter and showroom areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Answer incoming calls and support quote requests.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as scheduled.

Requirements

:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required
• Experience in wholesale sales or trade counter service - required
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and/or lighting systems - required
• Ability to work with POS and ERP systems - required
• Basic understanding of warehouse organization and inventory processes
• Availability to work every other Saturday - required
• Willingness to work overtime when needed - required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Schedule:
• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM and every other Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Part-Time: Flexible weekday hours with availability every other Saturday
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs
• Must be available to work at either Doral or Cutler Bay location What We Offer:
• $16.00 - $20.00/hr, depending on experience
• Plus commission on eligible sales
