Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative * Champion AT&T Wireless smartphones, serving as the goto resource for residents seeking reliable 5G mobile service. * Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including enrollment, seamless number transfers, and efficient phone tradeins. * Conduct mobile plan evaluations to uncover upgrade opportunities, ensuring customers maximize performance and value with AT&T phones. * Educate customers on the advantages of the AT&T mobile ecosystem, from enhanced phone security to international roaming and hotspot features. * Drive results by consistently meeting smartphone sales goals, aligning customer needs with AT&T's latest promotions and offers. * Collaborate with fellow Bilingual Wireless Sales Representatives to share best practices and stay ahead of evolving smartphone technology trends. Minimum Qualifications of the Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative * Experience in sales, wireless technology, or customer success is a major plus but not required. * Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to explain complex wireless plans in a simple, friendly, and compelling way. * A competitive, proactive, and resilient mindset with a strong desire to excel in a performance-based environment with uncapped earning potential. * Technical aptitude and proficiency with mobile tablets and CRM software to manage customer profiles and ensure accurate, secure transaction processing. * A high school diploma or GED is preferred. * Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
