Our Sales Team provides first-level support for incoming product inquiries, identify customer's suspension set up requirements and identify products required for the customer's specific needs. Our customers range from daily driver set-up to full race set-up. This opportunity requires a candidate that has the aptitude and skills to understand suspension geometry under various driving conditions. Our goal is to provide our customers with a complete component selection, technical support and future product sales. Our Sales opportunity is a salary plus commission compensation structure, with incentive to build long term relationships with our worldwide retail customers from individuals to custom Porsche shops. Responsibilities: * Telephone and online technical-sales support * Generate customer quotes * Follow up and close customer quotes * Promote and set up customer accounts. * Provide all sales, invoicing and shipping documentation. * Manage customer database.
