Do you enjoy connecting with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals? If so, we want YOU to join our team at Elite Spartans Gym! We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and customer-service-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to sell memberships, follow up with leads, and build relationships with clients. No prior sales experience is required--we provide full training! All you need is the right personality, a coachable mindset, and a passion for fitness. What You'll Be Doing: Sales & Follow-Ups - Engage with trial clients, track their progress, follow up on their experience, and guide them into full memberships. Offer retail products such as hoodies, shirts, heart rate monitors, and more. Client Engagement - Build rapport with current and potential clients, answer inquiries, and ensure every member feels welcomed and supported. Gym Operations & Check-ins - Assist with opening/closing duties, ensure seamless check-in procedures, and support trainers during classes. Processing Transactions - Handle membership sign-ups, retail purchases, and payments using ZenPlanner (training provided). Phone & Email Communication - Respond to inquiries professionally, answer client questions, and book consultations. Team Support - Assist management and trainers, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to an energetic gym environment. What We're Looking For: A Natural Sales Person - One year of sales experience is preferred, and a friendly, confident, and persuasive approach is key! Customer Service Experience (Required!) - at least one year in retail, hospitality, or service industry experience! Coachable & Growth-Oriented - Willing to learn, improve, and take initiative without constant direction. Strong Communication Skills - Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships. Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment - Stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities. Passion for Health & Fitness - You don't have to be a trainer, but a genuine enthusiasm for fitness is important. Physical Requirements - Able to lift at least 50 lbs and run a mile in 9 minutes or less (may be part of the interview process). Must be able to type 75 wpm. Schedule & Pay: - MORNING WEEKDAY Shift: 4:45AM - 10AM - MID-DAY Shift : 9:00AM - 4PM (Sales required!) - EVENING WEEKDAY Shift : 3:45PM - 8PM - Weekend Shifts: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM (Sat), 7:45 AM - 11:00 AM (Sun) - Starting Pay: $20-23/hr (with a 90 day review) $300 HIRING BONUS - Part-time available: 15-35 hours/week *after 6 months with the company.
