ABOUT SUPERTREES SuperTrees is a plant-based company based in Canby, Oregon, with operations in Utah and Colorado. Founded in 2005, we grow more than 150 varieties of trees using air-pruning container systems and serve landscapers, municipalities, garden centers, and retail customers throughout the Northwest and beyond. In addition to our nursery operations, our teams in Oregon, Utah, and Colorado provide professional arborist and tree services to municipal and residential customers. SALES ARBORIST We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Oregon division as a Sales Arborist to help expand our municipal, commercial, and residential client base while supporting the delivery of high- quality arboricultural services. JOB SUMMARY The Sales Arborist is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting site evaluations, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. This individual must have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of arboriculture, and the ability to balance sales growth with quality and safety standards. Starting base pay of $60,000 plus commissions. Typical projects include: * Large-scale municipal and commercial tree planting projects * Tree maintenance and management programs * Structural pruning and removals * Tree health assessments and treatment programs * Residential tree care * Consulting and site evaluations for urban forestry and landscape planning POSITION REQUIREMENTS This position requires a blend of field knowledge and customer-facing professionalism. You must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams. * ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within 12 months) * Proven sales or client management experience preferred * Strong understanding of tree biology, species selection, and proper arboricultural practices * Ability to create accurate bids and proposals * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Willingness to follow all safety protocols and represent SuperTrees' values in the field and with clients WHO MIGHT EXCEL IN THIS CAREER?
