About the Role Sound Medical Evaluators is a physician-led medical-legal organization that supports doctors performing Qualified Medical Evaluations (QMEs). We are seeking a part-time Physician Liaison to build in-person relationships with physicians and introduce them to our QME platform. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role , not a remote or desk position. Success is measured by quality physician recruitment and activation , not by volume of cold calls. Schedule * Part-time: 4 hours per day, Monday -Friday * Structured field block (typically 9:00 am -1:00 pm or 11:00 am -3:00 pm) * Majority of time spent in person at clinics or meeting physicians This role is ideal for candidates seeking professional, flexible work with meaningful upside. Compensation * $25 -$30 per hour base pay, depending on experience * Performance bonuses for physicians who sign, onboard, and complete their first QME * Additional incentives for retention and ongoing physician activity Strong performers can earn $4,000 -$5,000+ per month working part-time.
