We are currently expanding our Miami Lakes team and seeking motivated Customer Enrollment Representatives to fill a pivotal face- to-face sales role. We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Enrollment Representative to join Elite Marketing Group in our Miami Lakes office. The core of this position is direct customer engagement and in-person sales within a residential environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and proactively promoting AT&T products and services that best fit each customer's needs. Customer Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities: * In this full-time role, you will proactively greet and assist customers in person, facilitating a welcoming experience while engaging directly in sales conversations and closing deals as a Customer Enrollment Representative. * Educate customers on the full range of AT&T products, services, and promotions. * Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care. * The Customer Enrollment Representative will identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through personalized recommendations. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to strengthen your skills as a Customer Enrollment Representative. * Collaborate with other Customer Enrollment Representatives to meet and exceed team goals. Position Breakdown: * Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Position * Compensation: Commission-Based Role (Average weekly earnings range from $900 - $1,300) * Location & Daily Routine: Daily presence required at our Miami Lakes, FL office before transitioning to face-to-face sales efforts in the surrounding communities. * Client & Portfolio: Exclusive representation of AT&T Residential products and services.
