Most life insurance agents don't fail because they can't sell, they fail because they don't have anybody to sell to! Most life agents spend 80% of their time prospecting and trying to find clients and only 20% of their time selling. We spend all our time selling. Here we offer leads to our reps so they can be more successful. No cold calling, no door-to-door, no out of pocket money, no networking events or rotary events. Our leads are generated in house. We don't buy the leads, we create them ourselves. We have the data, we have the mail house, we have the replies come directly back to us and they go directly to the agent. What are we looking for? We are looking for licensed agents to turn these leads into clients. A life license through the state of California is preferred. However, if you don't have a license and are looking to get into the financial industry, we can help you do that. Our insurance carriers have been around for more than 100 years. Responsibilities * Engage with our leads to understand their life insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the insurance application process. * Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to effectively market services. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales and outside sales * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus * Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer service best practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
