Job Description

Jasmin Valiente State Farm is a growing insurance and financial services agency in Miami looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our team through a 90 day paid sales tryout program. This is a part time opportunity with the ability to earn a full time position based on performance. This role is designed for people who want to build a career in sales, insurance, and financial services and are willing to earn their spot through results. Schedule (Required) Monday through Thursday: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Compensation

$15 per hour base pay plus commission ($15 to $25 per hour potential based on performance)

What You Will Do

• Call and text prospective customers
• Quote auto and home insurance
• Set and handle appointments
• Learn to sell life and health insurance
• Work inside a fast paced State Farm agency
• Complete required insurance licensing

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Florida insurance license
• Must be reliable and on time
• Must be comfortable talking to people and selling
