Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and reliable Farmers Market Sales Associate to be the face of our brand at local Miami farmers markets. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, selling our products, and educating the community about our mission. This role is a perfect fit for a self-motivated individual who loves great food and great conversation. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and break down the market stand in a timely manner. * Actively engage with customers, answer questions about our products, and share their stories. * Drive sales by upselling and making product recommendations. * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. * Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive product display. * Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to the team's success. * Manage inventory and report on product levels to the manager. Compensation: We offer a competitive and performance-based compensation package that directly rewards your hard work. Day rate $125 Tiered Sales Commission: 5% commission on all sales after reaching $300 10% commission on all sales after reaching $650 What We 're Looking For: * A passion for local, sustainable food and a commitment to our mission. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service required. * Reliability and punctuality are a must and ability to learn new ideas . * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. * Personal vehicle is required to perform this job Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $130.00 per day Work Location: In person
