Job Summary

: We are looking for an energetic and reliable Farmers Market Sales Associate to be the face of our brand at local Miami farmers markets. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, selling our products, and educating the community about our mission. This role is a perfect fit for a self-motivated individual who loves great food and great conversation.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Set up and break down the market stand in a timely manner.
• Actively engage with customers, answer questions about our products, and share their stories.
• Drive sales by upselling and making product recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive product display.
• Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to the team's success.
• Manage inventory and report on product levels to the manager.

Compensation

: We offer a competitive and performance-based compensation package that directly rewards your hard work. Day rate $125 Tiered Sales Commission: 5% commission on all sales after reaching $300 10% commission on all sales after reaching $650 What We 're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service required.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must and ability to learn new ideas .
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
