We're currently seeking an experienced Manager with a blend of energy, friendliness, and expertise to lead our sales team. About Us Threat Dynamics is a comprehensive firearms training and retail facility, offering advanced training, hands-on practice, and top-notch customer service. Our services include two state-of-the-art firearm simulators, an indoor live- fire shooting range, and a premium retail store. We're committed to being a trusted resource in firearms knowledge, approachability, and customer care-- all within a dynamic, friendly atmosphere. Position Details Employment Type: Full-time - Compensation: Commission + base pay - Earnings Potential: $85k-$100k+ gross commission, with a base pay of $45k-$50k per year plus tips and performance bonuses - Schedule: Includes some evenings and weekends Role Responsibilities - Lead and manage sales team performance, training, and goal setting - Oversee and utilize company POS and CRM software - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for in-store and external sales - Conduct and supervise customer follow-up communications - Manage the simulator staff, supporting diverse clientele from beginners to law enforcement and military personnel - Represent Threat Dynamics as a knowledgeable resource on firearms, training, and concealed carry - Assist customers with purchases, handle point of sale transactions, and process background checks - Handle booking appointments, answering customer inquiries, and offering product recommendations - Engage with customers on our range of classes, services, and products Ideal Candidate Traits - Friendly, approachable, and professional - Highly organized and efficiency-oriented - Confident and skilled in customer conversations Skills and Qualifications (Preferred but not required) - Management experience, particularly in sales or customer service - Strong firearms and concealed carry knowledge - Oregon Concealed Handgun License (or ability to obtain within 30 days) - Retail sales experience, ideally with a focus on personalized service - Proficiency in CRM software and general computer skills - NRA Basic Pistol Instructor certification How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter by email only; no in-person applications, please.
