Summary We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team at New Leaf Chiropractic. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting our community with the chiropractic care they need. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of promoting health and wellness through natural solutions. Responsibilities * Utilize software tools to manage leads and track appointment scheduling. * Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless client onboarding and follow-up. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. * Call & Schedule leads from CRM who book and show. Requirements * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. * Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients. * Knowledge of technical sales principles is beneficial but not required. * A passion for health and wellness, particularly in the chiropractic field.
