Summary We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team at New Leaf Chiropractic. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting our community with the chiropractic care they need. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of promoting health and wellness through natural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools to manage leads and track appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless client onboarding and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Call & Schedule leads from CRM who book and show.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of technical sales principles is beneficial but not required.
• A passion for health and wellness, particularly in the chiropractic field.
