What You'll Do Your Role as a New Construction Home Sales Agent Includes: * Host Open Houses: Lead engaging open houses in model homes during key events like the Spring and Fall Parade of Homes. * Customer Engagement: Greet every visitor warmly, manage registration, and showcase model features, layouts, and options. * Consultations & Scheduling: Organize customer meetings and consultation sessions to design and plan new home projects. * Estimate & Contract Management: Prepare and adjust new home estimates, manage purchase agreements, and ensure accuracy in documentation. * Pre-Construction & Coordination: Schedule and support pre-construction design meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between all parties. * Team Collaboration & Networking: Foster effective communication with the builder's office, drafters, and fellow team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors to drive new business opportunities. * Marketing & CRM Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Keep CRM systems updated with detailed client interactions and progress. You continue to sell existing Real Estate, this new construction role will only add to your business and bring more traditional buyer and sellers also. What We're Looking For Key Qualifications: * Licensed Professional: Must hold a valid Minnesota Real Estate License. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools and digital platforms in real estate. * Exceptional Communicator: Strong skills in negotiation, networking, and customer engagement. * Driven & Self-Motivated: A proven track record in sales with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude. * Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. * Team Player: Eager to collaborate in a dynamic, supportive environment.
