Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities * Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotes) and provide accurate, timely quotes to customers. * Manage and grow assigned accounts by building strong relationships and delivering top-tier service. * Negotiate pricing and terms to meet sales targets and maximize margin. * Maintain up-to-date records of quotes, orders, and customer communications in CRM. * Monitor market trends and component availability to proactively address customer needs. * Collaborate with external sales reps, operations, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction. * Meet or exceed monthly sales and margin goals. * Any other duties and assignments given by manager. Qualifications and Skills * Familiarity with computer components * A self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Strong verbal communication skills * Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and know how to close loops * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Good time management skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and positive work ethic * Potential to be a Sales Executive or Account Manager * Bilingual - English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus * Associate degree and 1 year of working experience.
