Job Title: Licensed Medicare Health Insurance AgentJob Summary We are seeking a licensed Medicare Health Insurance Agent to help eligible individuals understand, select, and enroll in Medicare health plans that best fit their needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable about Medicare products, and compliant with CMS regulations while delivering an excellent enrollment experience. Key Responsibilities * Educate clients on Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) * Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options * Assist clients with enrollment, plan changes, and renewals * Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines, carrier requirements, and company policies * Accurately document client interactions and enrollment information in CRM systems, including Sunfire * Stay current on Medicare regulations, plan benefits, and annual changes * Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up and support * Meet or exceed sales, retention, and quality performance metrics Required Qualifications * Active state health insurance license (Life & Health) * Current Medicare certification (AHIP and/or carrier-specific) * Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Part D plans * Hands-on experience using Sunfire for quoting and enrollment * Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills * Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms * High ethical standards and commitment to compliance * Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience selling Medicare Part C plans * Experience in call center, sales, telesales and or ACA sales * Familiarity with CMS compliance and scope of appointment procedures Compensation & Benefits (Customize as Needed) * Competitive base pay and/or commission structure * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Training and ongoing professional development * Flexible schedule (seasonal or year-round roles) * Daily Spiffs, weekly raffles, monthly bonuses * Paid Training * Weekly base of $500 per week + competitive commission structure to make over $3000 a week. * Fun work enviorment Work Environment * Hybrid, or in-office opportunities available * Seasonal and full-time position * Increased workload during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and OEP starts Jan 1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Seasonal Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
