Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure they are informed about their policy options. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance products that meet their requirements. * Handle sales tasks, including processing applications and renewals. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall service deliver and individuals career growth. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
