The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client management, and business development within the construction sector. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and project requirements. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. * Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Business Development and Sales * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. * Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients. * Attend construction Events and spread awareness about the company by engaging in various activities. 3. Project Oversight and Coordination * Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams. * Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget. 4. Contract Management and Negotiation * Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and client satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry Codes and regulations. * Manage contract renewals and amendments as needed. 5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring * Track account performance against key metrics (revenue, profitability, client satisfaction). * Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. * Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve services and solutions Required Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in account management and sales within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities. * Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as needed. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms. * Basic knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk. * Understanding of construction contracts, risk management , and industry compliance requirements.
