Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior roofing or construction sales experience, thrives in a commission-based environment, and excels at building trust with homeowners. Key Responsibilities * Generate and manage roofing sales leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking * Perform roof inspections and accurately assess damage or repair needs * Educate customers on roofing solutions, insurance processes, and project options * Prepare and present estimates and proposals * Guide homeowners through the sales process from initial contact to contract signing * Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong communication throughout each project * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Requirements * Prior roofing sales experience required (or strong background in roofing/construction) * Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor * Reliable transportation * Comfortable with door-to-door sales and outdoor work * Strong closing skills and confidence in a commission-only structure What We Offer * Highest starting pay and commission rates in the industry * Full 1099 flexibility - you control your schedule and earning potential * Strong brand reputation with top-quality roofing services * Training and support from an experienced leadership team * Unlimited earning potential for top performers Pay: $95,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
