Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent 90 day Launch * Master Buyer Consultation - Collaborate with sales agents to guide clients in finding homes * * Master Listing Consultation - Assist and shadow lead agents with listing sales Provide detailed, written feedback to help confirm or adjust clients' search criteria * * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients * * Generate leads for a minimum of 10 hours per week Participate in weekly script practice following team standards * Engage in team activities as per team guidelines * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls * * Follow our documented system to meet your goals and track tasks using PLACE Technology for success Qualifications Proven track record of prioritizing clients' needs with a servant's heart * Passionate about mentoring others and leading teams * Experience preferred in recruiting and building strong teams * Enthusiastic about models, systems, and organizational structure * Consistent habit of generating leads and developing client relationships * Energized by engaging with people and fostering long-term professional connections * Deep commitment to both personal and professional growth * Positive, cheerful demeanor focused on people and exceptional service * Skilled at assessing clients' needs and matching them with ideal homes * Minimum 3 years of real estate experience with 10+ closed transactions annually * * Expert at asking insightful questions and qualifying clients effectively Experienced in working exclusively with a dedicated client base * Maintains a professional appearance, proudly representing a luxury brand * Values time management and utilizes systems to maximize efficiency * Dedicated to attending morning meetings, mastering scripts, and adhering to daily office standards * If you are ambitious, driven, and ready to elevate your career, we are eager to share our expertise and support you in building a successful business!
