Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Milpitas, CA. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is the opportunity for you. We offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed $5,000 for the first 3 months to support your success as you ramp up. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions. * Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to closing the deal. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Envision Motors inventory, pricing, and promotions. * Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Requirements * Proven experience as a sales consultant in the automotive industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed goals. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Must pass the background check and drug test.
