Job Description

We are hiring a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent for our Sunrise, FL office. This is a full-time insurance sales position offering a base salary plus commission , with company-provided leads. Ideal for motivated agents seeking consistent income and growth in a fast- paced insurance agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance (Commercial auto insurance, General Liability, Workers Comp, Personal Auto insurance, homeowners and renters insurance, umbrella policies)
• Work inbound insurance leads provided by the company
• Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies
• Perform needs-based insurance sales consultations
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and existing policyholders
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency management systems
• Meet or exceed monthly insurance sales goals
• Comply with Florida insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 P &C Insurance License nice to have but not mandatory
• Previous insurance sales experience nice to have but not mandatory
• Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong phone, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to work in an office-based sales environment
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
• Basic computer and CRM experience
