Jessie Boutique is looking for a fashion-forward, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Aventura team. About the Role: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Jessie Boutique -- offering a personalized shopping experience, assisting with styling, and maintaining a chic and welcoming store environment. Your attention to detail, positive energy, and product knowledge will help us build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities: * Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm; create an inviting in-store experience. * Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations. * Process sales through our Shopify POS system quickly and accurately. * Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new inventory. * Keep the store floor and fitting rooms tidy, merchandised, and on-brand. * Build rapport with local customers and keep in touch for new arrivals or restocks. * Help with social content, in-store events, and lookbook creation when needed. * Support team members and assist with training new hires as needed. Qualifications: * Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or boutique settings. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Passion for fashion and styling, with an eye for trends and detail. * Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player. * Comfortable using Shopify POS system and handling transactions accurately. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Available to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
