About the Role

: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Jessie Boutique -- offering a personalized shopping experience, assisting with styling, and maintaining a chic and welcoming store environment. Your attention to detail, positive energy, and product knowledge will help us build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm; create an inviting in-store experience.
• Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Process sales through our Shopify POS system quickly and accurately.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new inventory.
• Keep the store floor and fitting rooms tidy, merchandised, and on-brand.
• Build rapport with local customers and keep in touch for new arrivals or restocks.
• Help with social content, in-store events, and lookbook creation when needed.
• Support team members and assist with training new hires as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or boutique settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and styling, with an eye for trends and detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Comfortable using Shopify POS system and handling transactions accurately.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
