Overview We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and building initial relationships with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone interested in B2B technology sales who wants to develop technical and sales skills in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities * Ensure purchases are at the best price and always compare and seek out new vendors * Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Process purchases * Handle returns of merchandise * Build productive trust relationships with vendors * Comply with inventory control procedures Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree (business, engineering, or related field preferred) * Interest in B2B sales, technology, or hardware systems * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable with outbound calling and email outreach * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn * Prior sales, customer service, or internship experience is a plus but not required Skills * Proficiency in English * Basic Math skills * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Availability to work flexible shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: In person
