Role Responsibilities: * Maintain and grow existing client relationships. * Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. * Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac. * Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs. * Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support. * Attend team meetings and trainings. Qualifications: * Health and/or life insurance license required. * Proven industry experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivated and results driven. * Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check. * Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
