Overview

The Knight Agency - Farmers Insurance is currently seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Producer with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who wants to grow their income and career with the support of a strong agency and the Farmers Insurance brand.

• 100% commission on Farmers Insurance business
• Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Daily in-office training
• Ongoing district-level training and support

• Growth and advancement opportunities within the agency Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (Life & Health a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new insurance business
• Quote, bind, and service Farmers Insurance policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet activity and production goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
