Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office processes. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from managing communications to assisting with customer service inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an organized work environment and facilitating effective communication within the team and clients. Duties * Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence. * Utilize Office 365 for document creation, data management, and scheduling. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Assist in maintaining organized files and records, both physical and digital. * Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency Skills * Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred. * Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Hands-on experience using Quickbooks is required.
