Legacy Forward Solutions - Full-Time | Weekly Pay | W2 Employment Legacy Forward Solutions is actively hiring for a Customer Service & Sales Assistant position to represent our clients in a face-to-face retail environment. This is a full-time, W2 role offering weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions after paid training. Position Summary

: This is an in-person role working inside partnered retail stores. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, educating shoppers on products and services, and guiding them through the sign-up or purchase process. You'll also attend regular in-office product and sales trainings to stay updated on client expectations and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Interact face-to-face with retail customers to promote products and services
• Educate and inform customers on features, benefits, and current promotions
• Accurately complete customer enrollments and provide follow-up when needed
• Attend daily sales meetings and team development workshops
• Ensure compliance with all client and company standards
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance in-store
• Contribute to team sales goals and individual performance metrics

What You Bring

to the Team:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with the public
• Reliable transportation is required for daily local travel to store locations

Compensation

• Hourly paid training period to ensure your success
• After training: Weekly base pay of $700 -$950, plus uncapped commission
• Full-time W2 employment (not a 1099 or contract role)
• No late shifts - last shift ends by 8:30 PM
