Overview
MyFlorida Energy is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Spanish) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is the heartbeat of our sales engine -- strategically coordinating schedules, maximizing field efficiency, and supporting energy experts in the field to ensure every homeowner visit counts. Unlike traditional coordinator roles, this is a sales-centric position , requiring sharp communication, strong persuasive instincts, and relentless attention to detail. You'll serve as the central command between marketing and the field team, helping ensure reps are equipped, appointments are confirmed, and every opportunity is set up to close. This is an in-office role based in North Miami, reporting 5x/week.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage sales calendars for the field team - balanced, optimized, and always moving.
- Schedule and confirm homeowner appointments with precision to reduce cancellations and increase show rates.
- Call and connect with homeowners to answer pre-appointment questions, resolve concerns, and reinforce the value of their visit.
- Deliver critical information to reps before each visit - from notes and location insights to hot buttons and homeowner mindset.
- Adjust and adapt appointment schedules in real time as needed -you are the control tower.
- Track and report on key sales metrics: show rates, cancellation trends, and conversion performance.
- Keep CRM data organized and clean - accuracy here drives rep performance.
- Coordinate closely with sales leaders to identify rep coaching opportunities based on patterns and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (written + spoken)
- Proven experience in sales coordination, appointment setting, scheduling , or high-stakes customer communication
- Persuasive, calm under pressure, and confident on the phone
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - you'll be managing many moving pieces daily
- Highly comfortable using CRM systems and performance tracking tools
- Self-starter with a go-getter mindset and hunger for growth
- Career-driven with interest in advancing into sales, leadership, or ops roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Experience:
