Responsibilities * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and ongoing account management. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.
