Our Allstate agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to play a key role in shaping our sales culture, mentoring new hires, and driving agency growth. You will work closely with agency management to help develop, train, and support new and existing sales team members--while continuing to produce at a high level yourself.
