Our Allstate agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to play a key role in shaping our sales culture, mentoring new hires, and driving agency growth. This role is ideal for a top-performing sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by combining high-level personal production with leadership, training, and mentorship responsibilities. You will work closely with agency management to help develop, train, and support new and existing sales team members--while continuing to produce at a high level yourself. What We Offer

• Consistently meet or exceed new business production goals
• Work a high volume of inbound and outbound leads daily
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes and close sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain compliance with Allstate underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Stay organized, efficient, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Assist management with training, onboarding, and mentoring new sales producers
• Serve as a resource and role model for best sales practices, product knowledge, and customer interactions
• Help foster a positive, high-performance sales culture What You'll Need
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience
• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license (required)
• Proven sales success with strong closing skills
• Natural leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
