Royal Moore Toyota has a proven track record of maintaining one of the highest volume Toyota stores in our region with an extremely competitive pay plan that rewards high volume and hard work. People with an expectation and acceptance of average and/or mediocrity need not apply. Average median income of Sales Associates is over $100,000.00 Annually. (Sales experience preferred, but not required for the right applicants.) Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide assistance with their needs. * Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new products and promotions. * Ability to assess, isolate and overcome objections effectively. * Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. * Ability to multitask and communicate quickly and efficiently. * Strong follow up and organizational skills required. * Some technical computer skills required. * Ability to develop, adapt and apply new skills and knowledge daily.
